Milena Verri

Milena Verri is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Senior Manager for Latam at Equinix since March 2023, following a previous role as Talent Acquisition Manager from November 2017 to February 2023. Prior to Equinix, Milena held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at TeleTech from February 2014 to October 2017 and had a significant tenure at Atento, where roles included Training and Development Manager, Training and Development Senior Specialist, and HR Specialist from December 2005 to November 2013. Milena holds a degree in Psychology from UFSCar and has completed an MBA in Strategic HR Management from Universidade Candido Mendes, in addition to ongoing education in Coaching from Instituto Holos since 2008.
