Ramzi Sayyid

Ramzi Sayyid is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in information technology operations and management. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Equinix since July 2021, Ramzi previously held the position of Director of IT at Verizon, where significant contributions were made to enhance the product catalog, order management, and billing systems. Ramzi’s earlier roles include Associate Director of IT at Verizon, where efforts were directed towards improving agent tools for customer service efficiency, as well as positions as IT Consultant at Infovision and CTO at Atyaf Telecommunications & Infrastructure. Ramzi also has a diverse background that includes contracting roles at BT and GTE, and experience as a web developer at the American University of Beirut. Ramzi holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Communications Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
