Hila Cohen

Hila Cohen has work experience as a Protein Functionality Lab Manager at Equinom Ltd since March 2022. Hila is also currently working as an R&D Food Technologist at the same company since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Quality Assurance Technologist at Roladin from August 2018 to May 2019.

Hila Cohen has a Master's degree in Food Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which they obtained from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, they attended \u05d3\u05df \u05d2\u05d5\u05e8\u05de\u05d4 for a short period of time, with a focus on Baking and Pastry Arts/Baker/Pastry Chef. Prior to their Master's degree, Hila Cohen earned a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2011 to 2014.
