Catherine Carrier

Catherine Carrier is an experienced professional in governance assurance, risk management, and business process improvements, currently holding the position of Governance Assurance and Risk Manager at Equinor since November 2015. Previously, Catherine served in various roles at Statoil from April 2006 to October 2015, including Head of Business Process Improvements, where responsibilities involved overseeing multidisciplinary teams in monitoring and project support, and Project Leader for Business Processes Improvement, focused on facilitating value improvement processes and external benchmarking. Catherine also held leadership positions in topside hull riser and flow assurance and worked as a leading adviser in fluid control. Catherine earned a Ph.D. in Physics with a specialization in heat transfer in dispersed systems from Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour.
