Maria Nilsen

Maria Nilsen is a Principal Geophysicist at Equinor since July 2018, specializing in seismic imaging and processing within the Seismic Analytics team. Previously, Maria worked at Statoil from August 2007 to July 2018, serving first as a Sr Geophysicist and earlier as a Geophysicist, where participation in the Geoschool program enhanced expertise in Geophysics. Additional experience includes a summer internship at Statoil in June 2006 and a summer job at Hydro Aluminium Karmøy in June 2005, focusing on high voltage facility operations. Maria Nilsen holds a Master's degree in Electronics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), completed in 2007.
