Tove Andersen

Tove Andersen is the current Director at Equinor. Prior to their current position, they held various management positions at different companies including Equinor, Borregaard, Posten Norge AS, Cambi Group, F4F Agriculture, and Yara International.

Andersen began their career at Yara / Norsk Hydro in 1997 as a Trainee. Tove quickly rose through the ranks and became the Managing Director of Yara UK Ltd in 2006. In 2011, they were promoted to VP Marketing at Yara International where they were responsible for the global marketing strategy for the fertilizer segment. In 2014, they were promoted again to EVP Europe and held this position until 2021.

Andersen has been a member of several boards including Posten Norge AS (2015-2019), Cambi Group (2015-2020), and F4F Agriculture (2007-2015).

Tove Andersen has a Master of Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School and a Master of Science in Physics and Mathematics from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH).
