Vibeke Dale Oen

Vibeke Dale Oen is currently the Leader of People and Organisation CFO FCOE PO ADV ADVISORY 1 at Equinor since January 2023. As the founder of Dale Oen Experience since July 2017, Vibeke is responsible for operational and strategic processes in the establishment work. Prior experience includes serving as the Leader of Rehabilitation and Habilitation at Øygarden Kommune from August 2010 to October 2017, where coordination and collaboration at municipal and inter-municipal levels were pivotal. Additionally, Vibeke worked as a private practicing physiotherapist at Vibeke Mikkelsen's Physiotherapy clinic from May 2004 to August 2010 and held the position of physiotherapist for the Fyllingen Håndball Men's Elite Team. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Bergen (2019-2021), a Bachelor's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Bergen (2016-2019), and a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (2000-2003).
