F Ilahi

F Ilahi has a diverse work experience in various security and management roles. From 1999 to 2007, they served as a Police Brigade Commander with the National Internal Security. They then worked as a Country Security Manager for Majid Al Futtaim, Fucom Central Markets, and UGSTS from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, Ilahi joined Boom Construction Company as a Group Security Manager, responsible for setting up the security department and overseeing physical security across multiple sites. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Security & Safety Associate at The Carter Center. They then served as a Country Security Manager for International Medical Corps from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018, Ilahi worked as a Gold Mining Group Security Manager at Endeavour Mining Corporation. They then took on the role of Consultant- Police Program Mentor at BANCROFT GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT from 2018 to 2020, acting as a special envoy to advise and assist local police in Somalia and Libya. Currently, Ilahi is the Head of Security at Equinox Gold Corp.

F Ilahi holds a Master's degree in Law Enforcement Investigation and Interviewing, which was obtained from the National Institute for Police Executive Training in 1999. Prior to that, F Ilahi completed a Bachelor's degree in Military and Strategic Leadership from the Military Academy between 1994 and 1998. Additionally, F Ilahi has obtained several certifications in the field of security and safety, including Safety Services Manager from SDIS 25 - Sapeurs-pompiers du Doubs in 2015 and French Private Security Personnel from CNAPS - Conseil national des activités privées de sécurité, ministère de l'Intérieur in 2014. F Ilahi also holds a French Security & Safety License from CPNE Prevention-Security, obtained in 2014.
