Casey Rattay

Casey Rattay possesses extensive experience in data management and analysis, currently serving as the Senior Director of Data at Equinox since September 2016, progressing through roles from Junior Data Analyst to Senior Manager of Data. Prior experience includes a role as Operations Reporting & Analysis Analyst at E*TRADE, where responsibilities encompassed optimizing operational efficiency and delivering critical analyses to senior leadership. Casey also has experience in leadership as Head Swim Coach at Babylon Yacht Club, managing a large team of swimmers, and gained foundational skills as an Accounting Intern at Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP, where development of a client-tracking database was a key project. Educationally, Casey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Operations & Information Management from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
