Cathy Prince

Cathy Prince currently serves as a Development Manager at Equinox, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of elite coaches and collaborating with a co-manager to enhance business growth and provide career counseling. Previously, Cathy held the position of Director of Development at Lightning Fit, focusing on hiring and onboarding for the Mobile Training unit and expanding technological outreach. With extensive experience at Equinox since 2014, Cathy has also worked as a Fitness Manager, handling candidate evaluations, training protocols, and team collaboration, as well as excelling as a Tier X Coach, a premier personal training role emphasizing behavior change and nutrition coaching. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre from Baldwin Wallace University, earned in 2009.
