Charlotte Ekanger

Charlotte Ekanger is currently the CFO at Equip Capital, a Nordic private equity firm. Prior to this, Charlotte held the same position at Bauer Media AS, where Charlotte managed several Norwegian commercial radio stations. Charlotte also served as a Finance and Compliance Manager at Norvestor Equity and worked as a Business Controller at Telenor Group. With a Master's degree in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School, Charlotte has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte and an Accountant at Aker Kværner. Throughout their career, Charlotte has been responsible for finance, compliance, and sustainability initiatives.
