LaJune Davis-Wiley has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. LaJune is currently working as an Adjunct Professor at Governors State University. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of Human Resources and Program Support at Equip for Equality. LaJune also served as the Director of Human Resources & Organizational Development at AHIMA and Chief People Officer at Chicago Child Care Society.

LaJune has valuable experience as the Head of Human Resources at the Academy of General Dentistry and as the Director of Employee Services & Workforce Development at Heartland Alliance for Human Needs & Human Rights. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing Communications from Columbia College Chicago. Their educational journey began with a High School Diploma from Whitney M. Young Magnet High School, where they received a well-rounded general education.
