Jennifer McVey is an accomplished leader in the snow sports and retail industries, currently serving as the Director for the Americas at Nidecker Holding SA since August 2014. With a strong background in sustainability and acquisition integration, Jennifer has successfully managed significant business growth in North America and implemented an ERP system adopted across multiple subsidiaries. Jennifer's extensive experience includes prior roles such as General Manager of Nidecker US Inc. and positions in various organizations, including serving on the board of Snowsports Industries America and Equip Sport. Jennifer's educational background features an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and an Executive Certificate in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School.
