Felipe Versiani Gandolfo

Felipe Versiani Gandolfo is an experienced legal professional with a focus on corporate and civil law. Currently serving as the Head of the Legal Department at Grupo Equipav since December 2013, Felipe oversees legal matters related to the agribusiness sector and manages partnerships with external law firms. Since November 2008, Felipe has also worked as a lawyer at Odivellas Advogados, handling corporate legal issues including contract drafting and litigation involving partners. Previous experience includes roles at Diamantino Advogados Associados, Advocacia Hosen L. Azambuja, and Carlos Forbes Advogados, where Felipe developed expertise in corporate law, civil law, and criminal law.
