Sean Bleibtrey

Sean Bleibtrey has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sean currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Equipment & Controls, Inc. since July 2023. Previously, they served as the Controller at Standard Power from December 2021 to July 2023. Prior to that, Sean held various roles at Arsenal Resources, including Corporate Controller from September 2017 to December 2021, Director of External Reporting and Accounting Policy from March 2017 to September 2017, and Manager of External Reporting & Accounting Policy from May 2016 to March 2017. Before transitioning to the private sector, they worked as an Audit Manager at Schneider Downs from September 2008 to May 2016. Sean also has an extensive military background, having served in the US Army from March 2004 to April 2016, where they held the rank of Sergeant First Class - Construction Engineering Supervisor. During their military service, they fulfilled various roles, including Platoon Sergeant in a Vertical Construction Company, overseeing planning and execution of construction projects and managing personnel and resources.

Sean Bleibtrey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh in 2008. After completing their degree, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the AICPA in September 2009. Later, in December 2014, they obtained the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) certification from the AICPA.
