Previous positions include Executive Vice President of Transition & Human Resources at TechnipFMC, where Alabaster was part of the Executive Leadership Team and held dual roles, and various executive and managerial roles at FMC Technologies, including Vice President of Surface Technologies & Energy Infrastructure and General Manager of multiple divisions. Richard Alabaster's educational background includes an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Engineering from The University of Auckland.
