Susana Raquel Berger is an accomplished consultant currently working with the National Women's Law Center on the Gender Equity Coalition and Equis Research on the Latino Talent Initiative. With extensive experience in advocacy, Susana has led significant initiatives aimed at promoting gender justice and community development. Previous roles include Senior Director of Programs and Strategic Engagement at the United State of Women, where Susana successfully increased partner participation and managed a network of national organizations. Susana’s career also includes impactful positions at Civic Nation, Biden for President, SEIU, and UNFPA, demonstrating a strong commitment to social equity and grassroots mobilization. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnic Studies, Music, and Literature from Sarah Lawrence College, complemented by studies at various prestigious international institutions.
