Yoli Magallanes

Yoli Magallanes is an experienced fundraising professional with a strong background in development and grassroots fundraising. Currently serving as the Vice President of Fundraising at Equis Research and as a Senior Advisor for Development at the Voter Formation Project, Yoli has demonstrated expertise in building major donor programs and translating organizing skills into fundraising strategies. Previous roles include Investment Director at Lockwood Strategy Lab, Senior Development Advisor at Organizing Corps 2020, and Deputy Director at When We All Vote. Yoli also held positions such as Development Director and Deputy National Development Director at Organizing for Action, as well as grassroots finance roles with the Presidential Inaugural Committee and Obama for America. Yoli began a career in fundraising at The Ashmead Group, where major gifts were raised for Democratic candidates and progressive organizations. Yoli holds a B.A. in Politics and Latin American Studies from Oberlin College.
