Ed Jackson

Ed Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ed currently serves as a Vice President of Patient Operations at Equiscript, LLC since November 2023. Previously, they worked as a Patient Access Manager at AstraZeneca from June 2022 to June 2023. Ed also held the position of Director of Patient Services at MedZed from August 2020 to February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at The GW Medical Faculty Associates, where they served as a Manager from April 2016 to July 2020 and as a Supervisor from January 2014 to April 2016. Ed also gained valuable experience as the Director of Client Experience at NovaSom, Inc. from March 2012 to October 2013, and as the Director of Client Experience and Director of Call Center at Simplexity from 2010 to 2012. Ed began their career at Verizon Wireless, where they held various roles including Senior Analyst Financial Compliance, Associate Director Customer Service Operations, Supervisor - Retention, Customer Service Supervisor, Major Account Specialist, and Customer Service Specialist.
