Rachel van Niekerk

Rachel van Niekerk, Q.Med, is an experienced professional in the field of complaints resolution and alternative dispute resolution. Currently serving as a Complaints Officer at Equitable since September 2025, Rachel has a substantial background with Wawanesa Insurance from September 2017 to August 2025, where roles included Ombudsperson, Manager of Customer Care & Deputy Ombudsman, and Senior Complaints Resolution Specialist.
