Kristen Smith

Kristen Smith, PMP, CSM, MBA, serves as the Lead Program Manager for Strategic Projects in the Chief Transformation Office at Equitable, a role held since December 2008, where Kristen drives project planning and execution across multiple workstreams. In addition to program management, Kristen co-chairs the Black Leadership Network ERG, advocating for black advisors and employees while implementing innovative solutions to address their challenges. Kristen has also acted as an Enterprise Agile Coach, conceptualizing change management strategies, and has coordinated a leadership development program enhancing diversity and inclusion among management. Previous roles include Senior Advertising Compliance Manager and Senior Branch Controls Manager, focusing on project management and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Kristen's educational background includes a BS in Management Science and Information Systems from Penn State University, an MBA in Finance from Waynesburg University, and a Master's Degree in Fraud and Forensics from Carlow University.
