Tim Calcaterra

Tim Calcaterra possesses extensive experience in employee benefits and service implementation, currently serving as the Head of Employee Benefits Client Implementation and Onboarding at Equitable since October 2020. Prior to this role, Tim held the positions of Senior Manager in Employee Benefits Onboarding and Service at Equitable, and Manager of the Employer Services Group at Prudential from February 2014 to May 2019. Tim's career includes leadership roles such as Chief Operating Officer at Scharf Group, LLC, Executive Vice President at Cumberland Brokerage Corporation, and Team Leader at AllianceBernstein. Tim's earlier experience includes working at Aeropostale and The Walt Disney Company. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Finance from Monmouth University, attended from 1997 to 1999, and graduated from Manalapan High School in 1993.
