Rahul Chaudhary

Rahul Chaudhary currently serves as the People Leader for Corporate HR at Equitane, where responsibilities include steering the Human Resources function across sectors such as Infrastructure, Climate Solutions, Manufacturing, and Mining, while collaborating with executives to align HR strategies with business goals. Previously, Rahul held the role of People Leader at Export Trading Group, focusing on business partnering and building the HR function, as well as serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Infosys for over nine years, primarily in management consulting. Early career experiences include field work traineeships at Asian Paints, peel-works, TATA Communications Ltd., Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, and Tata Steel, along with a summer internship. Academic qualifications include an M.A. in HRM & LR from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, a CPCFM from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, and a B.Com(p) from Delhi University.
