Titi Purbo Habsari

Titi Purbo Habsari has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. Titi Purbo started their career as a Human Resources Consultant & Trainer at PPM Manajemen in 2002 and worked there until 2008. Titi Purbo then joined Medco Downstream Indonesia in 2008 as the Change Management & Knowledge Management Lead and later became the Talent Management Lead from 2011 to 2013. Since 2013, Titi has been working at PT. Rekayasa Industri, where they held various leadership roles including GM Human Capital Learning & Development from 2013 to 2017, VP Human Capital Management from 2017 to present, and currently serves as the SVP Human Capital & Corporate Services.

Titi Purbo Habsari holds a Master's Degree in Management from the PPM School of Management, which they obtained from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Industrial Engineering at the University of Trisakti from 1993 to 1998. In terms of additional certifications, Titi received their Certified Professional in Organization Development in February 2022 from AIODP | Association of Indonesian Organization Development Professional. Titi Purbo also holds a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, obtained in 2019. In addition, Titi received a Professional Certificate for Accredited Competency Professional from Specialist Management Resources, Malaysia in 2015. Recently, Titi has pursued courses in Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project and Foundation of Project Management from Coursera, both obtained in 2023. Titi Purbo also completed a Competency Based Interview course from PPM Institute of Management in 2023.
