Alaina Pariano

Alaina Pariano possesses extensive experience in educational leadership and special education. Currently serving as Principal at Equitas Academy Charter Schools since August 2015, Alaina has previously held roles as Assistant Principal and Special Education Coordinator and RSP Teacher at the same institution. Prior experience includes working as a 5th Grade Math Teacher at Kipp Academy of Opportunity from August 2011 to June 2015 and as a Special Education Specialist at ICEF Public Schools from August 2009 to June 2011. Alaina also contributed as a Corps Member with Teach For America between June 2009 and June 2011. Alaina holds a Master of Arts in Special Education from Loyola Marymount University (2009-2011) and a Bachelor of Science in Middle Childhood Education from Ohio University (2004-2008).
