Gregory Valdivia

Gregory Valdivia is an experienced educator and coordinator with a strong background in promoting diversity and inclusion within educational organizations. Currently serving as the Community Schools Coordinator and Educator for the Diversity Council at Equitas Academy Charter Schools, Gregory Valdivia focuses on data-driven activities to enhance employee engagement and support underrepresented students' social-emotional and academic development. Previous roles include Intervention Specialist at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools, where Gregory Valdivia successfully closed achievement gaps and increased student proficiency scores.
