Kelly Wesp, PhD has an extensive background in quality and evaluation in the healthcare industry. Kelly currently serves as the Vice President of Quality and Compliance at Equitas Health, where they are responsible for optimizing and improving quality and evaluation projects across the organization's medical centers. Kelly oversees the annual Quality Management Plan and works to improve programs and services. Prior to this role, Dr. Wesp worked as the Director of Quality and Evaluation at Equitas Health from 2015 to 2019.

Before joining Equitas Health, Dr. Wesp held various roles at Southeast Healthcare. As the Director of Ohio's Wellness Management and Recovery Coordinating Center of Excellence, they fostered collaborative relationships and grew the adoption of evidence-informed practices in wellness management and recovery. Kelly also played a crucial role in establishing an innovative training curriculum for providers and patients. Additionally, Dr. Wesp served as the Manager of Training & Development at Southeast Healthcare, where they managed talent acquisition, onboarding, and training initiatives, and supported the development of new psychoeducation and consumer empowerment curriculum. Overall, Dr. Kelly Wesp, PhD has a wealth of experience in promoting quality and improving healthcare services.

Kelly Wesp, PhD has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Organizational Psychology from Walden University. Kelly also holds a Master of Science in Education (MS Ed) degree in Social Agency Counseling from the University of Dayton, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology from Ohio Wesleyan University. In 2006-2007, they completed a Training Fellowship in the Mental Health Executive Leadership Program at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Kelly Wesp has obtained various certifications. Kelly is an Appreciative Inquiry Certified Facilitator from the Center for Appreciative Inquiry and has completed the Aromatouch Therapeutic Technique training provided by doTERRA International LLC. Kelly is also a Chronic Care Professional (CCP) certified by the Health Sciences Institute and a Chronic Disease Self-Management Leader certified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Furthermore, they have completed Level 1 & 2 Spring Forest Qigong training from Spring Forest Qigong.
