Anil Kumar Vishwakarma

Anil Kumar Vishwakarma is a performance management analyst currently serving in the Center of Excellence for Talent Management at Equitas Small Finance Bank since November 2018, following earlier roles as a recruiter and business HR officer at the same institution. Prior to this, Anil worked as a recruitment associate at Datastat Technologies Pvt. Ltd., focusing on IT recruitment across APAC countries for mid-senior and senior profiles.
