Dileep Mathew

Dileep Mathew currently serves as the Head of Corporate & Trade Finance Operations at Equitas Small Finance Bank since March 2024. Prior to this role, Dileep held the position of Senior Vice President & Regional Head of the South for the Credit Administration Department at YES BANK from March 2020 to February 2024. Dileep's experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President & CBB Head for Commercial Banking Operations at DBS Bank from July 2017 to February 2020, and as Accounts Manager for Corporate, Mid Corporate, and SME clients at Axis Bank Ltd from June 2011 to April 2016. Earlier in the career, Dileep worked in the Credit Sanction Department at Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited and as Manager-Credit at Kotak Mahindra Bank, along with handling Foreign Exchange back office operations at HCL Technologies. Dileep holds an MBA in Finance from ICFAI Business School, Bangalore, and completed ICSE at Infant Jesus Anglo Indian Boys HS, Quilon.
