Narasimhan Sunderrajan

Narasimhan Sunderrajan has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Narasimhan currently holds the position of the Head of Talent Management CoE at Equitas Small Finance Bank since November 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Talent Management at the same company from July 2019 to November 2022.

Before joining Equitas Small Finance Bank, Narasimhan worked as the Regional Head of Human Resources at HDB Financial Services Ltd. from March 2018 to June 2019. Narasimhan also gained valuable experience in human resources at Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance, where they held various roles such as DVP - Human Resources from April 2016 to March 2018, AVP Human Resources from April 2015 to March 2016, and Chief Manager HR from July 2013 to March 2015.

Earlier in their career, Narasimhan served as a Senior HR Consultant at Symantec from May 2012 to February 2013 and as a Tier 2 HR Adviser from March 2011 to April 2012. Narasimhan also worked at Accenture, where they held positions such as Corporate HR from August 2010 to March 2011, Senior Analyst from August 2007 to August 2010, and HR Analyst from February 2006 to July 2007.

Narasimhan started their professional journey as an HR Generalist at Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) from August 2004 to February 2006.

Throughout their career, Narasimhan has developed expertise in talent management, human resources, and HR analytics.

Narasimhan Sunderrajan completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce at A M Jain College from 1999 to 2002. Narasimhan then pursued a Masters in HRD Psychology specializing in HRD & Psychology at the University of Madras from 2002 to 2004. In 2008 to 2009, they attended XLRI Jamshedpur and obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM). Lastly, in 2020 to 2021, they enrolled in the Certified Rewards Ready Program at Aon Hewitt - AHCL, focusing on Total Rewards.
