Sathish Bhojan has extensive experience in payroll management, currently serving as Process Lead Payroll and Benefit at Equitas Small Finance Bank since June 2018. Prior to this role, Sathish held positions at DXC Technology as Professional II, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end payroll for over 20,000 employees, and at Saksoft as Senior Executive, processing payroll for employees in India, the UK, the USA, and Singapore.
