Shubhrant Srivastava

Shubhrant Srivastava has extensive experience in the banking and finance industry. They currently hold the position of Deputy Vice President - II at Equitas Small Finance Bank since July 2021. Before this, Shubhrant worked as a Zonal Operations Manager at ICICI Home Finance Company Limited from March 2019 to June 2021. Prior to that, they served as AVP & Regional Operations Head at IIFL Home Loans from September 2018 to March 2019.

Shubhrant also has a significant tenure at Axis Bank, where they held various managerial positions. They started as an Area Operations Manager LAG in December 2013 and progressed to become a Senior Manager Retail Asset Operations, Senior Manager & Area Operations Manager, and Manager & Area Operations Manager during their time at the bank. Shubhrant worked at Axis Bank from December 2013 to September 2018.

Before joining Axis Bank, Shubhrant gained experience at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited as a Cluster Manager from June 2007 to December 2013. They also worked as an Assistant Manager at Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Private Limited from January 2007 to May 2007.

Shubhrant started their career in the finance industry with HDFC Limited as an Officer from April 2004 to January 2007. Prior to that, they briefly worked at IDBI Bank as a Team Leader in early 2004. Shubhrant also had experience as a Personal Financial Consultant at ABN AMRO from January 2003 to December 2003 and as an Executive at IDBI Bank from June 2002 to December 2002.

Shubhrant Srivastava completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Allahabad University, where they studied from 1997 until 2000. Shubhrant then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance at ICFAI Business School from 2000 to 2002.
