Sridharan N has extensive experience in financial leadership, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Equitas Small Finance Bank since September 2016. Prior roles include Group Head-Treasury/MIS & CFO at Equitas Micro Finance Private Limited from November 2014 to August 2016, and Group Treasury Head & MIS from September 2013 to October 2014 at the same company. Additionally, Sridharan held the position of CFO at Equitas Housing Finance Ltd from August 2010 to August 2013. Sridharan is a graduate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, obtaining CA and CA,CWA degrees in Audit and Finance, Accounts, and Audit. Education also includes attendance at DG Vaishnav College in Chennai.
