Gleb Kaplan

Gleb Kaplan has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Gleb is currently the Global Head of Development at Equiti Group, a position they have held since 2016. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at London Capital Group from 2015 to 2016, where they built a development and QA team from scratch and implemented agile development processes. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Head of Development at Alpari, where they built and led a team of 25 developers and supervised the development of business workflows. Gleb also has experience as a Chief Software Architect at myThings, a Senior Developer at Oblicore, a Senior Software Developer at SPL Software, a Software Developer at KasparovChess, and a Web Developer at WHNetworks. Gleb began their career as a Developer and then became a team lead at Bashkir Industrial Bank.

Gleb Kaplan has a M. Sc in Software Engineering from Ufa State Aviation Technical University.
