Keifer Mansfield

Keifer Mansfield is a licensed REALTOR® and Broker Associate at Equity Colorado since September 2016, possessing extensive residential sales experience and expertise in customer prospecting, contract negotiation, and market research. Keifer specializes in assisting first-time buyers, conducting seminars, and advising sellers on property improvements to enhance market appeal and value. Prior to this role, Keifer worked as an Associate and Events Coordinator at Robert Boyett Theatricals/Miller-Boyett Theatricals, where event planning for Broadway productions was key, managing budgets and coordinating with investors. Keifer also served as the NYC Assistant Director and Talent Manager for Party Singers, ensuring event quality and communication across nationwide operations. Educationally, Keifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre from the University of Northern Colorado and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Millikin University.
