Julie Hill

Ms. Hill is a Senior Engineer II at E2G, focusing on risk-based inspection programs, mechanical integrity strategies, and reliable technical support. She started her career with ExxonMobil at the Torrance refinery working there for nearly a decade in diverse roles including maintenance engineering, turnaround planning, environmental advising, project management, cost and schedule controls team lead, etc. Since then, Ms. Hill has focused her career on reliability and risk-based inspection with PBF Energy and MISTRAS Group. With E2G, she has worked on inspection and reliability standards development and mechanical integrity reliability projects. She is also a seasoned professional public speaking coach who creates engaging presentations for technical and non-technical audiences alike. She founded and ran PBF Energy’s first diversity and inclusion organization and has been an active member of the Society of Women Engineers, including presenting at both their regional and international conferences.
