Angie Heimgartner

Angie Heimgartner, SHRM-SCP, PMP has extensive experience in various HR roles and IT project management. Angie is currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Operations at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. Prior to this, they held positions such as Director of Global HRIS at JLL, Director of HR Operations at Astellas Pharma, and Director of Global HRIS & Operations at Pfizer, where they managed systems, applications, and data for various HR functions. Before their tenure at Pfizer, they worked at Hospira as the Sr. Manager of IT HR Portfolio Lead, Manager of IT HR Program Manager, and Manager of IT Service Delivery Lead, overseeing the execution and delivery of HR software and services. Angie also worked as a Program Manager at Brunswick Corporation and as a Business Analyst at SPS. In addition to their HR and IT roles, they held positions such as Business Intelligence Manager at Merisant Company and Senior Consultant at IBM. Angie started their career as an SAP HR Consultant at MyITGroup. Angie Heimgartner is certified as a SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) and a PMP (Project Management Professional).

Angie Heimgartner holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, obtained from the University of Arizona. Angie transferred from the University of Iowa without completing a specific degree program. In terms of certifications, Angie holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, as well as the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
