Jeff Kimes

Jeff Kimes has over 30 years of work experience in the real estate and property management industry. Jeff has held various leadership positions, including Vice President at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc., where they were responsible for managing multiple properties in California. Prior to that, Jeff was the Senior Vice President of Property Management at Irvine Company, overseeing property operations in Northern California, San Diego, and Newport Beach. Jeff also served as the Group Vice President at Archstone and the Senior Vice President at Riverstone Residential Group, where they managed and developed a portfolio of residential properties. Jeff has also held leadership roles at Aimco, Equity Residential, Omni Properties, and Security Capital Group Realty Services, Inc. Before entering the real estate industry, Jeff served in the US Army as an Airborne Ranger and Scout Helicopter Pilot.

Jeff Kimes attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1984 to 1988, where they pursued a BSME degree in Aerospace Engineering.
