Rachana Salunkhe

Rachana Salunkhe currently serves as a Packaging & Product R&D Specification Specialist at General Mills since February 2023, previously holding the same title at Equity Packaging Inc. Rachana has significant experience in packaging development, having worked as a Packaging Development Engineer at Reckitt from September 2022 to February 2023 and at Glint Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. as a Packaging Development & Procurement Executive from April 2021 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing the development and procurement of packaging materials. Rachana holds a Post Graduate Degree in Packaging Science & Technology from SIES School of Packaging and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.
