Majed Qminacci

Majed Qminacci has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Majed is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at EPM since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President, Mortgage CFO at Ocwen Financial Corporation - US from July 2019 to July 2022.

Before joining Ocwen, they worked at Flagstar Bank as the Vice President, Capital Markets & Corporate FP&A from September 2017 to June 2019. Majed also has experience working at Stearns Lending as the Director, Capital Markets & Corporate FP&A from February 2016 to September 2017.

In addition, Majed has worked at Nationstar Mortgage, where they held various roles including Assistant Vice-President, Corporate FP&A and Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A. Majed managed a portfolio of Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac MSRs and oversaw corporate reporting, projection, and budgetary modeling.

Before entering the mortgage industry, Majed worked as a Portfolio Manager at MAQ Capital. Majed conducted quantitative financial analysis and due diligence of investment opportunities, utilizing macroeconomic research and building analytical models.

Majed Qminacci pursued their education by first completing a Master of Arts in Applied Economics from Southern Methodist University, from 2010 to 2012. Prior to this, they attended Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, where they majored in Finance while also minoring in Applied Economics, Applied Mathematics, and Comparative Politics. This four-year undergraduate program took place from 2002 to 2006.
