Brian Grant

Brian Grant is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the multifamily housing sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Equity Residential since April 2006, Brian is tasked with sourcing and executing acquisitions across major markets including Boston, New York, and Washington, DC. Previously, as First Vice President of Investments at Equity Residential, responsibilities included managing a portfolio of 49 properties totaling 16,000 residential units in the Washington, DC area. Prior to joining Equity, Brian held the position of Senior Vice President of Investment Management at The Artery Group, overseeing the management of over 5,000 apartment units. Brian's career in the industry began at Oxford Realty Financial Group, where, as Vice President of Investment Management, responsibilities included financing and asset management of a national apartment portfolio. Brian holds an MBA in Finance and Urban Development from The George Washington University and a BS in Finance and Managerial Statistics from Syracuse University.
