Dan Egan

Dan Egan is a seasoned real estate investment professional with extensive experience in various senior roles at Equity Residential, including Senior Vice President and multiple vice president positions since November 2012. Egan also serves as a Board Observer and Investor at EliseAI since January 2019. Prior to these roles, experience included serving as Research Manager at Bentall Kennedy, a leading real estate investment advisor, and as Real Estate Economist at Property and Portfolio Research, where responsibilities involved advising clients on investment decisions and developing research products. Egan began a career in market research as a Market Research Analyst at JPI in 2007. Egan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance and Real Estate, from Babson College.
