Lauren Devine is an experienced professional in sales and marketing strategy, currently serving as the Director of Sales and Customer Experience Strategy at Equity Residential since July 2018. Lauren has held various roles within the company, focusing on enhancing sales and marketing strategies to drive traffic, leases, and revenue. Prior to Equity Residential, Lauren was a Senior Marketing Manager at Compass Group, where responsibilities included leading integrated marketing campaigns and developing go-to-market plans, resulting in improved client satisfaction and revenue generation. Earlier experience as a Marketing Specialist at Compass Group involved executing marketing campaigns that significantly increased sales. Lauren began their career at Red Bull as a Marketing Team Member, where market research and event facilitation helped bolster brand awareness. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Rutgers University.
