Steve Schrenk

Steve Schrenk has been working in the construction industry for over two decades. Currently serving as the First Vice President of Construction Management at Equity Residential, Steve oversees multi-family developments on the East Coast, particularly in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to their current role, Steve held leadership positions at PN Hoffman & Associates and Clark Construction. Steve graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Construction Management.
