Lara Donaldson

Lara Donaldson serves as the President and CEO of TSX Trust, the largest Canadian-owned Transfer Agent and provider of Corporate Trust Services, since March 2020. Prior to this role, Lara was the Chief Operations Officer at TSX Trust, facilitating the company's commitment to client care and connection. With extensive experience at Computershare from 1998 to 2020, Lara advanced through various positions, including Director of Regulatory and Industry Affairs and General Manager of Client Services, focusing on regulatory analysis and team development. Earlier in the career, Lara held roles at Equity Transfer and Trust Company, specializing in corporate trust and transfer services. Lara's academic background includes a BA in English Literature from the University of Toronto and additional studies at Queen's University.
