Amy Hall

Amy Hall has extensive work experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions in reputable companies. Amy is currently serving as the Chief People and Human Resources Officer at Equity Trust Company since April 2022. Before that, they worked at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., where they held the role of SVP, Human Resources North America from May 2019 to March 2022. Amy also served as the Vice President of HR Business Partners from July 2017 to May 2019 and as the HR Business Partner Director from October 2015 to July 2017. Prior to AmTrust, Amy worked at Staples, where they held several positions, including HR Director -Northeast Division from February 2014 to July 2015 and Sr. Manager, Head of Human Resources Operations from September 2013 to February 2014. Amy also served as the Head of HR/Retail and Direct Business Partner from February 2013 to September 2013, Talent Development Manager from February 2012 to January 2013, and Human Resources Manager from February 2010 to January 2012. Amy started their career at Target as an HRBP from May 2005 to July 2009.

Amy Hall received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Management from the University of Denver in 1996. Amy later obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from John Carroll University in 2004.
