Nikki Fisher has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In their current role as the Director of Marketing at Equity Commercial Real Estate Solutions, they developed and implemented a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance the company's mission and values. Prior to this, Nikki owned a retail business called Posture Decor, where they successfully built their brand and secured partnerships with over 150 stores nationwide. Nikki also has experience as the Owner and Marketing and Brand Strategist at Fisher Grace, LLC, and as a Marketing Manager/Creative Director at Gelotte Hommas Architecture. Nikki's skills include market research, product development, digital analytics, and client relations. Nikki began their career as a Marketing Administrator at Prime Electric and has held various marketing and administrative roles throughout their career.

Nikki Fisher earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a field of study in General Business, from The University of Alabama between 2023 and 2025. Prior to that, they attended Cornish College of the Arts from 2011 to 2012, with a major in Visual Communications. Nikki also completed an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Arts & Sciences at Bellevue College from 2009 to 2011.
