Mariana Soares

Mariana Soares has accumulated extensive engineering experience, currently serving as an Application Engineer at EQYO, a Saint-Gobain Brand, since November 2023. Prior to this role, Mariana worked as an Application Engineer at Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics from September 2021 to November 2023 and as a Project Engineer at CEiiA, focusing on engineering development in the Ocean & Space Unit from February 2021 to July 2021. Mariana's earlier positions include Component Engineer at Yazaki Portugal, concentrating on the development and design of Permanent Power Supply Systems from October 2019 to February 2021, and Design Engineer at BorgWarner Inc., where the design of Exhaust Gas Recirculation Modules was the primary focus from April 2018 to January 2019. Mariana is proficient in various software tools, including Catia V5, Jira, Teamcenter, and SAP PLM. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering and Machine Design from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, as well as participation in the ERASMUS Program at Università degli Studi di Perugia.
