Diana Wall

As Senior Vice President, Development, for the Realogy Expansion Brands portfolio, Diana oversees the teams and strategies designed to fuel the growth of Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate and ERA® Real Estate into new markets. In her prior role as Senior Vice President, Franchise Sales for ERA Real Estate, Diana was responsible for growing the network through conversions, start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, executing on a strategy designed to propel ERA forward.

Diana is an experienced executive in strategic execution and business development with more than 31 years of leading and mentoring business professionals worldwide. In 1993, she joined RE/MAX and held a variety of roles during her 21 years with the organization and became the first franchise sales consultant in company history to sell more than 100 franchises in a ten-year period.

After 28 years in franchising, Diana switched industries, always intrigued by healthcare. She joined Air Methods, the world’s largest air medical transport company and as vice president overseeing the national business development team, she increased request volume for transports by 5%, a company record.

Diana serves on the board for Volunteers of America and also serves on the Executive Advisory Board for the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. She is an Executive in Resident at the University of Denver, mentoring students and guest lecturing in the classroom.
