Derek Tay is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as Senior Marketing Director at ERA Singapore since June 2022, passionately advocating for real estate as a vehicle for wealth creation for investors. Previously, Derek held roles at ERA Real Estate as Marketing Director and as a Realtor with Shangri-La Group. Derek’s extensive experience in hospitality sales includes positions such as Account Director of Global Sales - Corporate at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and Director of Business Development at Langham Hospitality Group. Derek began their career in sales management at Marina Mandarin Singapore. Derek holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Management from Glion Institute of Higher Education, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
